Coming hot on the heels of its launch in Taiwan, Asus will be unleashing the Android 3.0 Honeycomb-powered Eee Pad Transformer on the great British unwashed next month.
The 10 inch Android 3.0 tablet goes on pre-order in the the UK today with a starting price of about £379.
That price only gets you the standalone tablet with 16GB of storage though – to start soaking up the full Transformer goodness, users will have to stump up £429 for the the option which includes the hardware keyboard.
16 hours battery
You get a pretty interesting package for your dosh though, with the full Eee Pad Transformer experience giving you a netbook like experience, and a ton of battery life, with the integrated keyboard battery bumping up the power to a hefty 16 hours of use.
If you go for just the solo tablet option you’ll still get a reasonable 9.5 hours use.
