We’re huge fans of Google Now on our Android phones – in fact we think it’s a far more revolutionary concept than, say, Apple’s Siri – and we’re chuffed to see that the smartypants technology may be integrated with Google’s Windows browser and Chrome OS platform soon.
A technical reference to the feature in the latest Chromium release was posted by keen-eyed enthusiast François Beaufort, suggesting that the feature is indeed on the horizon.
Including the Google Now technology into the desktop/laptop environment seems a bit of a no-brainer to us, so let’s hope we start seeing those funky cards on our big monitors soon!
