O2 has announced its new Pay Monthly tariffs, with a simplified pricing structure promising, “simplicity, flexibility and inclusive tethering.”
The new pricing scheme offers inclusive Internet Tethering for the very first time and lets users choose a combination of minutes, texts and MBs of data.
Users can now select their handset (or choose to keep their old one) and contract length, pick their minutes and text allowance and then choose how much data they want to use.
There’s no unlimited data option though, with the top allowance offering just 1GB of data for £10 per month, with tethering included.
We certainly like the fact that shorter, 12-month contracts have been brought back, although these are for existing customers only.
