Packing a hefty 6” screen backed by big buttons and menus, TomTom are hoping that the hefty screen and ease of use will give the dedicated unit an edge over the competition.

The TomTom Start 60 comes with a new dual mounting system, so folks can slap the device on the windscreen or dashboard.
TomTom are also lobbing in a lifetime of free daily map changes, with updates fed by TomTom’s Map Share community of 21 million users, all busily inputting news about road changes such as new speed limits and blocked roads.
The TomTom Start 60 is now available for purchase in all major retailers and comes with pre-loaded maps of 45 countries in Europe, at a price of £169.99 .
