We can’t say we’re surprised because it’s a ruddy great phone: Samsung has announced today that it has sold more than 5 million units of Galaxy S2 smartphone.
The south Korean company – now the world’s second-largest mobile phone maker – said that they hit the total just three months after the phone debuted.
Samsung are reported to have bagged an almighty 56% share of the domestic mobile phone market in South Korea, and with the sales of their flagship phone soon to start in the US market, we can expect this handset to keep on selling.
